The compensation plan for our new telecommunications Club was presented on the afternoon web cast that I viewed. The next convention will be Jan. 16, in central Florida.

 

Mr. Chandy Jeremiah, CEO, explained how we are now in the 90 day Pre Launch, to ensure that everything is set up correctly. After the other jumbled disarray, with the previous telecommunication club, this is crucial, to ensure our company will be here for years and years to come, for a legacy to our grand children.

 

They are now doing the 2nd round of testing with the devices, and will soon announce when we might order ours.

Pricing will be, for the 3 models currently on our website WiseConsumers.com are $199.99 each.

 

There will be an annual membership fee of $49.99, but if you look at NO contracts nor roaming fees nor credit checks, this annual membership looks quite appealing, right?

 

Ms. China Taylor, CFO, presented the comp plan and stated how 70% of all dollars received in from the sales, will be returned to the ISR's (Independent Sales Reps). This is a very sweet payout, when compared to the majority of MLM's, don't you think?

 

Ok, now to pricing and compensation.

 

With the $50 annual membership, we will also get a corporate replicated webpage, to which we can direct our customers. It is optional to have a Back Office to show your downline and commission information. The Back Office is an annual fee of $9.99. I was most happy, when I asked and was told it is an annual, NOT a monthly fee. Hip Hip Hooray for no more greed with this Team!!!

 

We will receive a fast start $50 bonus, for every phone we sell. Are we saying SWEET????

We do NOT have to purchase a phone to become an ISR, but to properly demo and market the device, well, you know the routine.

 

We will receive $25 bonus when someone we personally enroll, sells a device :o)

 

We will receive $1 monthly residual, for every customer we sold who continues with our Club.

Checks will be paid, the 15th and 30th of each month for commissions, and the bonuses on the 30th, on your organization.

 

So, do the math, sell 4 phones a week, you just pocketed $200 for that week.

 

There are 6 Ranks in the Compensation Plan

 

Associate

 

You are paid on two (2) levels of your Team. You earn a 15% bonus of the sell on your 1st level, and 10% bonus of the sells on your 2nd level.

 

Director

To become a Director, you must have 4 personally sponsored ISR's and 4 of your people must have the phone package (which is $199.99). You are paid on three (3) levels. You get 20% on the first levels, 15% on the 2nd level and 5% bonus on the 3rd level.

 

Qualifying Executive

You must have a total of 40 Phone Package sales in your organization which can include 5 levels or more. You will get paid on four (4) levels

 

You get 20% on the first levels, 15% on the 2nd level and 10% on the 3rd level plus 10% on the 4th level.

 

1st Star Executive

You must have 4 Qualified Executives within 5 levels. Two (2) of them must be personally sponsored. You will get paid on five (5) levels.

 

You get 20% on the first levels, 15% on the 2nd level, 10% on the 3rd level, 10% on the 4th level plus 15% on the 5th level.

 

2nd Star Executive

You must have personally sponsored two 1st Star Executives.

You will get paid on five (5) levels.

 

You get 20% on the first levels, 15% on the 2nd level, 10% on the 3rd level, 10% on the 4th level plus 15% on the 5th level

 

You get a 3% Generation Bonus down to your next 2nd Star Executive
